Description: One of Badacsonytomaj's more curious sights is the basalt roman Catholic Church dedicated to Saint Emmerich, whose walls and vaults are all built of basalt.Constructed between1930 and 1932, in a neo-romanesque style to the designs of Fábián Gáspár it was given two 33 m towers.
