Description: The white statue made of carrara marble can be found in the park in front of the Artist Colony of Szolnok, which was made by Béla Rudnai in 1912 for the memory of János Damjanich, honvéd general and his soldiers. The statue contributes to elevating sight of worthy homage before the heroes of battle of Szolnok held in the revolution and inde-pendence war of 1848-49.
