Bondy is a commune in the northeastern suburbs of Paris, France. It is located 10.9 km (6.8 mi) from the center of Paris.The name Bondy was recorded for the first time around AD 600 as Bonitiacum, meaning "estate of Bonitius", a Gallo-Roman landowner.During the Middle Ages Bondy was primarily forest.
