Las Américas International Airport (IATA: SDQ, ICAO: MDSD) is an international airport located in Punta Caucedo, near Santo Domingo and Boca Chica in the Dominican Republic. The airport is run by Aeropuertos Dominicanos Siglo XXI (AERODOM), a Dominican Republic-based private corporation, with a 25-year concession to build, operate, and transfer (BOT) six airports in the Dominican Republic. Las Américas usually receives Boeing 737, 747, 757, 767, 777; Airbus A319, A320, A330, A340; and many long, mid-, short haul aircraft.
