Roseau

Roseau is the largest capital city of Dominica. This is also the most important oldest compact urban settlement on the Island, housing a combination of both modern and colonial architecture, which is one of the major tourist attractions, fascinating people with its wonderful splendors. 

The must visit places in the city are - Roseau Cathedral– built in the Gothic style; the Roseau Cathedral is a beautiful black stone cathedral. French Quarter - Lined with the picturesque wooden buildings with beautiful balconies, the French Quarter is a popular historic site in the city. Other worth seeing attractions here include:  Dominica Museum, Food Market and Botanical Gardens.
