Aabybro is a town in Jammerbugt municipality in Denmark. In 1953, its population was 1,188; by 1960 it had risen to 1,346 and by 2011 to 5,382. Aabybro was formerly the capital of Aabybro Municipality in former Hjørring County, North Jutland County, but by 2007 became the headquarters of Jammerbugt Municipality.
