The Haydn or Mountain Church, located next to the Kalvarienberg hill, was meant to become a huge pilgrimage church in the 18th century (according to Paul Esterházy). This plan was only partly implemented, they just built the presbyterium.

The circular inner part of the church features the high altar, the Haydn organ, romantic dome paintings from 1772 and above all Joseph Haydn´s tombstone.
