Governor Francisco Gabrielli International Airport (IATA: MDZ, ICAO: SAME), better known as El Plumerillo International Airport, is located 8 km (5.0 mi) northeast of the center of Mendoza, a city in the Mendoza Province of Argentina. The airport covers an area of 490 hectares (1210 acres) and is operated by Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 S.A.
